Property Valuation BPO
First Choice REO offers a single point of contact for all types of valuations. Our clients turn to us for Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) for Loan Sale Due Diligence, Foreclosure Bid Instructions and REO valuations. Estimated market values are substantiated by up-to-date comparable sales and listings.
Our goal is to establish the most accurate property value possible. We understand the importance of accurately pricing a property from the beginning. Obtaining accurate valuations can mean the difference between placing a property in a competitive position and having to chase the market retroactively. Each valuation professional in our network demonstrates the market expertise required to determine the true value of your asset.
- A drive-by BPO will be completed within THREE (3) days of assignment. The BPO will include a photo street scene as well as any needed maintenance visible from the street.
- Once interior access is attained, our agents will do a full interior BPO. Interior valuations will be provided within 72 hours of access. Each BPO will have interior photos including pictures of deferred maintenance that has a negative effect on value.
- BPOs include neighborhood characteristics, relevant market conditions, current listings and sales, an estimate of repairs to obtain fair market value, and value estimates for properties in both their “as is” as well as their repaired condition.
All valuations undergo a quality review to ensure timely and accurate information.
